Job Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Must hold at least one of the following approvals or qualifications:
QatarEnergy Refinery Safety Approval.
QatarEnergy LNG Safety Approval.
QatarEnergy Training Passport.
Good knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) procedures.
Understanding of industrial site safety requirements.
Previous experience working in Qatar is an advantage.

Main Responsibilities
The HSE / Safety Officer will be responsible for supporting workplace safety and ensuring compliance with applicable health, safety and environmental procedures.
Typical responsibilities include:
Monitoring the implementation of safety procedures at project sites.
Identifying and monitoring workplace hazards.
Supporting incident investigations and corrective actions.
Coordinating with site teams and project supervisors.
Maintaining safety records and preparing HSE reports.
